Consignor FAQ's

What Is Consignment?

Consignment is a way for you to clear out your closet & sell your gently used items.
We take in your quality items, price them, and take over making you money while they're in our store.
The Consignment period ranges between 60-75 days.
Once the items sell you will receive a % of the current sales price. At the end of the term, you can pick up your remaining items or we can donate them on your behalf.
Consignment drop-offs & pick ups can be by appointment, or you can walk-in!

How do I become a Consignor?

Prepare your items for pre-sorting, ready to put a price on them & put out. Come in-store to drop-off your items and at check-in review our Consignor Contracts. If interested in becoming a new consignor, speak to an associate about where and what to sign!
For a faster & seamless service, we encourage you to print out page 3 of the applicable contract, filled out with only what is required prior to your arrival.

What days and times do you accept consignment?

Consignment picking is completed the weekdays Tuesday-Friday. Ask us how you can schedule an appointment for pick-up or drop-off !

Additionally, we accept items between the 1st & 25th of each month, up to 20 items per visit.

How many items can I bring at a time? What's the turnaround time?

We kindly ask that you bring up to 20 items per visit.

We ask that you allow 24-48 hours from the time you bring your items in for us to look through them completely. We could also look through in while you're in-store if we're not busy. It may not even take us a whole day! Check with us on how long it may take for your items to be ready and on the sales floor!

How do I receive payout?

Consignors receive 40% of the current sales price if paid by Venmo, PayPal, or Cash - Check($50+). Otherwise, balances can be used as store credit for an additional 10% off all purchases (exclusions apply).

You can request payout at any time, no minimum balance needed to receive any form of payout, at any time. Just give us a call or come on by!

What do you do with items that are unsold / unwanted, or not picked up?

Regarding any item(s) that are found to be unsuitable for sale, there is no guarantee we may contact you entering expiration. We advise you to contact us to stop by!

You can decide if you would like to Donate your unsold / unwanted items or choose to have them Returned!

If you would like your items returned at the end of the consignment cycle, you have 7 days from the date of expiration to grab any items remaining. Ask us how you can also schedule an appointment for pick-up or drop-off!

To list a few charitable organizations in the PNW; Rose Haven, William Temple House, Q Center, The Giving Closet, Salvation Army, Goodwill, Dress for Success, etc.
